The Swiss painter Felix Vallotton born in Switzerland, Lausanne, 1865. In 1882 Vallotton moved to Paris, France to studied at the Julian Academy. He became friends with Vuillard and Bonnard. Probably he became in 1900 a French citizen. He was associated with the Nabis Symbolist movement. The graphic artist and painter Felix Vallotton died in Paris, 1925. |
