The Italian Renaissance painter Pietro Perugino. Born
in Perugia, South East of Tuscany in 1446. His real name is Pietro
Vanucci. Great painter of the Umbria School. Stayed in Florence for many
years and worked in Verrocchio studio. The painter Perugino worked at
several places as Rome, Mantuna, Perugia, Venice and some other Italian
cities. Perugino was also know as a good Italian portrait painter. He
died in 1524 |
