The Flemish painter Jean hey, the Master of Moulins. We don't know much about this artist. He was active from 1480 till 1500. The Master of Moulins was a great painter of the end of the fifteenth century in France. He became this title from the Cathedral of Moulins. We think he is from origin an artist from the Netherlands and a pupil from Hugo van der Goes.
