The Romantic painter Eugene Delacroix aka Ferdinand Victor Eugene Delacroix, born in Marseilles, 1798. The best and greatest one of the French Romanticism paintings art. He start to study in 1816 at the school of Beaux - Art. On this school he met Pierret and Bonington. Delacroix accepted of the Paris Salon in 1822. In 1824 he opened Salon Delacroix. Together with Bonington he went to England in 1825. Eugene Delacroix stayed 6 months in North Africa in 1832. The French painter died in 1863. |
