Short biography from the Italian Early Renaissance painter Domenico Veneziano ( ca 1400 - 1461 ).
Domenico Veneziano, also know as Domenico di
Bartolomeo. We don't know much of his life. Born in Venice or Florence.
After 1430, he stayed in Perugia and ca 1439 Veneziano moved to
Florence. Ca 1444 he painted together with Piero della Francesca and
Andrea del Castagno. Domenico Veneziano made some great Frescoes. The
Italian painter died in 1461, Florence.
